Mr. Md. Mominur Rahman ACS is a Consultant and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the firm with diverse, varied and extensive professional and practical experiences in capital market regulatory body and issuer companies for almost 12 years. He has a long work experience with Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited in the Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting Compliance Department (CGFRCD), Investigation and Enforcement Department (IED), Office of Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) and Common Services Department (CSD). He also served in many issuer companies i.e. Monno Group of Industries, Bangas Tallu Group of Industries and Magura Group of Industries. He played diverse and varied stewardship roles and responsibilities as Company Secretary, Head of Legal Affairs, Head of Banking and Head of Administration in different issuer companies. He is an expert and well-known trainer of Taxation Laws, Company Laws and Securities Laws. He has also rich and diversified professional and academic educational background. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He is also a member of Dhaka Tax Bar Association as Income Tax Practitioner (ITP). He completed Master of Science (MS) in Economics (Major on International Trade & Finance and Development Economics), Master of Laws (LL.M) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) (Major on Finance & Accounts) from North South University (NSU), Dhaka International University (DIU) and Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB) respectively. He also obtained Post-Graduate Diploma in Capital Market, Taxation, Finance, Marketing and HRM from Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM), Foundation of Chartered Taxation of Bangladesh (FCTB), Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), and Chartered Institute of Human Resource and Development (CIHRD) respectively.
